Who is responsible

What we collect

When you place an order we process your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if provided) and order details. If you email us, we process the content of your message.

Why and on what legal basis

We use the data to process and deliver your order, handle returns and complaints, and comply with accounting obligations (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) contract and 6(1)(c) legal obligation). We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe processes payment data as an independent controller/processor under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).

Fulfilment partners

To deliver your order we share your name, delivery address and order contents with our fulfilment partner and carriers. Orders are shipped from China or an international warehouse, which may involve transfer of data outside the EEA based on standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your shopping cart is stored only in your browser's local storage on your device and is not sent to us until you go to checkout. Stripe may set strictly necessary cookies on its checkout page.

How long we keep data

Order and accounting data is kept as long as required by bookkeeping law (in Norway generally 5 years). Other enquiries are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to data portability and to object. Contact contact@wagpeak.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Norway: Datatilsynet).
