Prices and payment

All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK). Shipping is 49 kr; free on orders over 499 kr. Payment is made securely via Stripe at checkout. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation.

Delivery

Products are shipped from China or an international warehouse. Expected delivery time is 5–18 days after dispatch. You will receive tracking information when the order has been sent. If delivery is delayed significantly, we will inform you, and you may cancel the purchase in line with consumer law.

Import VAT and customs

Items are shipped from a warehouse outside the EU/Norway. Import VAT and customs clearance fees may apply on delivery and are paid by the customer.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after you received the goods, without giving a reason. Notify us at contact@wagpeak.com with a clear statement (you may use the standard withdrawal form). Return the goods without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of your notice to: [FILL IN: return address]. We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of your notice; we may withhold the refund until the goods have been received. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. You are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the goods.

Complaints and defects

If a product is defective you have rights under the applicable consumer protection law (in Norway: forbrukerkjøpsloven, with a complaint period of up to 2 years). Contact us at contact@wagpeak.com with a description and, if possible, photos.

Disputes

Please contact us first so we can find a solution. Consumers in Norway can contact Forbrukertilsynet / Forbrukerklageutvalget. EU consumers can use their national consumer bodies. Norwegian law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
